Technical Support

Students experiencing technical issues with The University of North Carolina at Pembroke online courses or programs have multiple resources for assistance. The UNCP DoIT Help Desk is available during these Eastern Standard Time hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 2:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Contact the Help Desk by phone at 910-521-6260 or by email at doit.helpdesk@uncp.edu. You can also submit a request for assistance via HEAT Self Service which routes requests directly to the DoIT staff.

Library

Students enrolled in The University of North Carolina at Pembroke online programs can explore all the resources of the on-campus Mary Livermore Library, including databases, journals and research tools.
